I have fonts that I need to install on my Windows 11 machine. The instructions on Microsoft.com say you can drag and drop fonts to C:\Windows\Fonts folder or in Settings > Personalization > Fonts. When I try to drag and drop or copy and paste a True Type font, my version of Windows will not allow me to do so.

Here is the easiest way to install fonts in Windows 11: Download a font file from a font hosting website > double-click to open the downloaded .zip file > double-click the font file to open the font viewer > then click Install. If this method seems familiar, it's because it hasn't changed much since at least Windows Vista.
