Really shouldn’t even be lumped together with the Blair witch project IMO, it’s a fantastic film all on its own, without a connotation to an American production which the ritual was not, heavily influenced by Norse** mythology the film stands alone in its greatness. A wooded setting aside this is quite different than the Blair witch imo.
