This is my 98'/99' 523i. One of the last produces pre-facelift's. Onces I parked at a store next to antoher e39 with angel eyes, facelift bumpers and golden Rondell rims. I met its owner after leaving the store and he adimred my car. Then he asked: "Will you add optical modifications?".

I prefer the post-facelift on all e38s except for silver ones. Maybe it is because I owned a silver 98 e38 for 8 years. Though if it is pre-facelift it has to have amber corners, I think pre-facelift clear corners look really really really cheap.
