Hithere, was wondering fi someone could help me out. I'm flying to chicago from dublin on a 3C2 Aerlingus plane and trying to find if there are power ports to use my laptop in economy? When I travelled to New York from Belfast on Continental there were actual plugs to use and charge my laptop but aerlingus says they do not have these.

Yes it's $85 to get but it sure as hell beats having to take off your shoes and get molested. I've got an ASUS laptop that has a 100-240v@2A adapter, output is 19v@6.32A, or 120w. The plane I was on was not able to power it. I believe most plane outlets only provide about 75w of power.
